劉斯奇 ( Siqi Liu )

博士生導師

研究方向:大規模多系統的重組蛋白質的表達和純化,大規模高通量的蛋白質分離和分析實驗,蛋白質的鑒定和修飾信號的分析等。

簡    歷:

      劉斯奇,男,54歲,現任中國科學院北京基因組研究所研究員,中國科學院研究生院教授,中國蛋白質組學會副主任。1994年畢業于德克薩斯大學醫學部(University of Texas Medical Branch)生物及人類遺傳系,并獲得生物及分子生物學博士。1998年—2004年,任University of Louisuile醫學系和生物化學系助理教授。2005年回國,加入中國科學院北京基因組所。長期以來一直從事基因表達的調控及基因產物、結構與功能的研究,尤其是有關非胰島素依賴性糖尿病的基因及其調控。承擔了若干國家和中科院有關蛋白質組的科研項目,在國內外重要學術刊物上發表文章70余篇。

主要研究領域:
    
      中國科學院北京基因組研究所蛋白質組學項目組成立于2001年。目前由四個以技術為導向的實驗室組成:重組蛋白質及抗體實驗室,從事大規模多系統的重組蛋白質的表達和純化,擁有細菌、酵母、昆蟲和哺乳細胞等各種表達系統和Akata蛋白純化設備,具有完成從抗原生產到多克隆抗體及單克隆抗體的制備、鑒定的一系列的抗體研制工作;蛋白質分離實驗室,從事大規模高通量的蛋白質分離和分析實驗,擁有完整的雙向電泳系統、高效液相(含有毛細管液相)色譜系統和高分辨率的圖像分析系統;生物質譜實驗室和生物芯片實驗室,從事蛋白質的鑒定和修飾信號的分析,擁有芯片點樣儀和五臺質譜儀,包括兩臺MALDI- TOF、兩臺LC-MS/MS和一臺MALDI-TOF/TOF;細胞生物學實驗室,從事原代細胞和細胞系的培養、藥物處理、細胞動力學以及細胞形態學的實驗,擁有超凈的細胞培養工作室和熒光顯微鏡圖像分析系統。隨著技術的發展,亞細胞水平的蛋白質組、相互作用蛋白質組、定量蛋白質組和修飾蛋白質組等已成為該中心的重要研究手段。

      項目組一直承擔著國家的若干蛋白質組研究項目,包括863計劃、973計劃、科技部重大項目、北京市科委項目、中科院創新基金和國家自然科學基金等。在現階段,項目組有四個主要研究方向:正常人肝臟蛋白質表達譜的研究、中國常見腫瘤的生物標記物的研究、超級雜交水稻主要組織蛋白質組研究和極端微生物的蛋白質組分析。
